Signature Brew release a Gluten Free Beer [AD]

AD- Review in collaboration with Signature Brew

For a decade, Signature Brew have been the creators of award-winning music inspired beers in their East London brewery. They’ve collaborated with some of the world’s best musicians such as Alt-J, The Darkness, Slaves and Frank Turner.

This year celebrates their 10th Birthday and sees the launch of a limited edition Gluten Free beer called REWIND!

Rewind is a crisp gluten free India Pale Lager, which has bold hits of citrus and pine and is just crying out to be enjoyed in the sunshine with friends! It’s 4.7% ABV with a IBU rating of 36 so it’s a really light and refreshing easy drink.

The lager reverses the brewing process and removes the gluten to a safe level for it to be labelled ‘gluten free’. It’s also suitable for vegans too.

I guess the best way to enjoy this beer is chilled, so I popped it alongside my little collection of gluten free beers in the fridge to enjoy on a day off from work.

It really is refreshing and crisp. If I was going to find another gluten free beer to compare it to, it is a little bit similar to the Brewdog Vagabond IPA and if you’re a fan of gluten free Peroni, you will definitely like this. But it has those pine notes to it, which sets it apart from the rest and makes it a slightly punchy drinking experience.

I really enjoyed this and I love the whole vibe of the company. With 2021 set to see the return of live music, Signature Brew have a momentous year ahead. With more collaborations, live shows and exclusive beers, its worth giving them a follow if you’re into beer or music. It’s great to see another brewery step up and make a gluten free beer, and I really hope they can brew more gluten free beers in the future.

It’s available to order on their website www.signaturebrew.co.uk

Tables at each of their venues will be set aside for walk-ups, but they recommend getting your bookings in for a pint in the sun. Fill your fridge with the latest releases by visiting the Signature Brew website or any of the newly re-opened venues. Information is available on their website www.signaturebrew.co.uk

  1. I run a Micropub in Tamworth Staffordshire. We frequently have GF beers on. Always in bottles as well. Would Top, Yorkshire. Shiny Derby, Magpie Nottingham, are some of the breweries we use. Westerham and St Peters are others. Just Crisps in Rugeley, Staffordshire do GF crisps. Hope that helps.
Several customers are Coeliacs, beers guaranteed to be below 20ppm. Also most real cider is GF.
