Hi everyone!

My name is Georgina, and I have been following a gluten free diet since 2015, when I was diagnosed with coeliac disease. I live in Southport, but I’m originally from the West Midlands.
I set up this blog a few years ago because I wanted to show that gluten free food isn’t bland, nor is it difficult to create, especially baking. And that you can enjoy all of the things that your little heart desires once again, even gluten free! 

So the Coeliac Sloth was born, and since then, I’ve been sharing reviews, recipes and a bit of my gluten free humour on this blog and across my social media channels.
