Mug cakes, they’re super quick and easy to make.
I usually blabber on about some meaningful stuff before a recipe, but y’all have probably come here for your chocolate cake fix!
So here goes.
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Gluten free flour
2tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2tbsp Coconut oil (or any other)
3tbsp Dairy free milk
Sweet Freedom Choc Shot Liquid Chocolate
Mix the dry ingredients together in a mug
Add in the wet ingredients, and stir with a fork until smooth
Microwave for around 2 minutes, checking at regular 30 second intervals, to see if the cake is cooked.
Drizzle over the choc shot and serve!
